For Self-Paced Learning:

If you are seeking a refund, please note the following criteria:
  1. Your refund request must be submitted within 7 days of your course purchase.
  2. Your consumption of video-learning content should be below 25%.
  3. You should not have made a request for an exam voucher or kit. Requests for refunds that do not meet these stipulations will regrettably be declined, and a refund will not be processed.

For Instructor-Led Training:

To be eligible for a refund, kindly take note of the following conditions:
  1. Your refund request should be submitted within 7 days of your course purchase.
  2. Your consumption of video-learning content should be below 25%.
  3. Your participation in live online classes must not exceed one (1) session.
  4. You should not have made a request for an exam voucher or kit. Refund requests that do not align with all of these conditions, unfortunately, cannot be accepted, resulting in the absence of a refund.
  5. Once again, we thank you for entrusting us with your learning endeavors. If you have any further inquiries or need assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Refund Process for Duplicate Payment

If a delegate has inadvertently made a duplicate payment, the refund for the duplicate amount will be initiated using the same source (original payment method) within 5 to 7 working days following customer notification. Please note that all refund requests will be processed within 30 days upon receiving the refund request.
Cancellation and Refunds for Classroom Training/Instructor Led Online Training: SkyTech Academy reserves the right to postpone, cancel, or change the location of an event due to reasons such as insufficient enrollments, instructor unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances like natural disasters, political instability, etc.
  1. If SkyTech Academy cancels an event, a full 100% refund will be issued to the delegate.
  2. For cancellations made by a delegate 7 days or more before the event, a 10% deduction from the total fee will be applied, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
  3. Cancellations made by a delegate 7 days or less prior to the event will not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellation and Refunds for Online Training:
  1. If a delegate cancels within 48 hours of subscribing, an administration fee of 5% of the total paid fee will be deducted.
  2. No refund will be provided for cancellations made after 48 hours of subscription.
In the case of third-party courses, an administration and cancellation charge of 50% of the total fee will be levied if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of subscription. The remaining amount will be refunded to the delegate.
