Leading SAFe® (6.0) Certification Training

The SAFe 6 Agilist course is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the principles and practices of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). During the SAFe 6 Agilist course, participants can expect to cover the following topics:

1. Introduction to SAFe: Understanding the Lean-Agile mindset, the challenges faced by organisations, and the benefits of adopting SAFe.
2. Lean-Agile Principles: Exploring the underlying principles of SAFe, including applying systems thinking, embracing the Agile Manifesto, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
3. SAFe Framework: Understanding the various levels of the SAFe framework, including the Team, Program, Large Solution, and Portfolio levels. Exploring the roles, responsibilities, and artefacts associated with each level.
4. Agile Release Train (ART): Learning about the ART, which is the primary vehicle for value delivery in SAFe. Understanding how to plan, execute, and track progress on an ART.
5. Agile Portfolio Management: Exploring how to align strategy and investment funding with Agile delivery at the portfolio level.
6. Agile Leadership: Understanding the role of leaders in enabling and supporting Agile transformation. Learning about the Agile mindset, servant leadership, and creating a Lean-Agile culture.
7. Continuous Delivery Pipeline: Understanding the practices and tools that enable continuous integration, continuous delivery, and DevOps.
8. Scaling Agile: Exploring techniques for scaling Agile practices across large enterprises, including coordinating multiple ARTs and managing dependencies.

At the end of the course, participants are eligible to take the online SAFe 6 Agilist certification exam to earn their certification. The certification is valid for one year and includes membership in the SAFe community, access to exclusive resources, and opportunities for ongoing learning and professional development.
